Today we’re delighted to announce that Caroline Walker has joined Trailstone as our first Chief People Officer (CPO). Trailstone is on the cusp of an incredibly exciting phase of expansion and Caroline will have a pivotal role in taking the company to its next level of growth. As CPO, Caroline will have several important responsibilities, including developing relationships with key stakeholders across the globe and further enhancing Trailstone’s company culture.
Prior to joining us, Caroline worked at J.P. Morgan for more than 15 years. During her time at J.P. Morgan, she held various senior roles in HR, including her most recent position as Head of Talent and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for Technology. Her experience leading J.P. Morgan’s DEI and HR initiatives are guaranteed to better Trailstone across all levels of the organisation.
Caroline will oversee and work to enhance all aspects of HR at Trailstone. She will take a hands-on approach to streamlining our HR operations and building talent acquisition and onboarding capability. She will review our organisational design to ensure we have the opportunities for everyone to progress and thrive at Trailstone. Culture, engagement and DEI initiatives will be at the centre of all of her work in order to support continuous growth across our global offices.
