Trailstone Expands into Ireland with New Office in Sligo

We are proud to announce that Trailstone’s newest office location will be in Sligo, Ireland, an up-and-coming tech hub conveniently located near rugged coastline and historical landmarks. The expansion into this new location will create up to 20 new jobs over the next 3 years.

Sligo’s unique location will allow our team to attract top tech talent graduating from the Atlantic Technological University Sligo. The expansion will further support Trailstone’s software applications which optimise the delivery of renewable energy and increase revenues in energy markets. Trailstone’s Technology Team will be the first group of employees to work out of the Sligo office, with the potential for other teams to be added over time.

Trailstone’s expansion into Ireland is supported by the Irish Government through IDA Ireland, which helped secure the new office location within the Sligo Innovation Centre. The Innovation Centre is also home to 20 innovative companies and start-ups partnered with IDA Ireland.

The Sligo office will be Trailstone’s seventh office location, with other offices located in the U.S., U.K. and Germany. With the Irish government’s robust support of renewable energy and the proximity to top technical universities, our expansion into Sligo will further our mission of making sustainable energy sustainable.
